Mr. Unigwe was the best graduating student in Estate Management at the University of Lagos in 1988 from where he obtained a B.Sc. (Second Class Upper Division). He also holds a Masters Degree in Construction Management from the same institution. A Fellow of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV), he had an extensive career with the internationally reputable firm of Knight Frank, where he worked for ten consecutive years, holding various responsibilities in the Valuation, Agency and Management departments of the firm. He ultimately rose to become the Branch Manager of the Ikeja office.

He left Knight Frank in 1999 for FINACORP Building Society where he headed the Mortgage and Estates Services Group before joining the Participant Properties Limited as the General Manager, the post he held until May 2001 when he resigned to set up Unigwe & Co Mr. Unigwe has had the privilege of serving the professional body (Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers – NIESV) in various capacities. He was Assistant National Secretary from 2006 t0 2008; National Sectary from 2008 to 2010. Thereafter, he served as an unofficial member of the National Council of NIESV for 2 consecutive years. Between 2014 and 2015, he was the Chairman of the Mandatory Continuing Professional Development (MCPD) Committee.

Mr. Osinnowo graduated in Estate Management in 1988 from the University of Lagos. He also obtained a Masters Degree in Construction Management from same institution in 1993. He is an associate member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) and the Nigerian Institute of Management. (NIM).

A seasoned and versatile professional, Mr. Osinnowo was admitted into partnership after a very profound career spanning over a decade. He was at various times Senior Estate Surveyor with Tope Oloyede & Co as well as Manager, Terrace Properties Limited.

Mr. Ajao is seasoned professional, graduated in Estate Management at the University of Lagos in 1989. He had an extensive carrier in real estate at the United Kingdom (UK) before returning to Nigeria in 2009 to join Unigwe and Company. He is well traveled and highly experienced.
